小厨艺 HBC's Kitchen


Apricot Cheesecake

Serves: Serves 3-4

Ingredients
100g Scotch Finger or similar-style biscuits (not ginger snaps) or Tiger, Marie Biscuit
35g butter
250g Cream Cheese
2 Eggs
3 Teaspoon sugar
210g can Apricot Halves in Clear Fruit Juice 

Method
1. Crush the biscuits either in a food processor or place in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin. Mix with the butter and use to line the base and sides of a 20cm loose bottom flan tin.
2. Strain the Apricots in Syrup and discard the syrup. Cut the apricot halves into small pieces.
3. Beat the Cream Cheese until smooth.
4. Add eggs and sugar and beat until smooth and creamy.
5. Stir apricot pieces and spread into the prepared flan tin and baked at 160°C for 30-40 minutes or until the centre is firm. Allow to cool, then chill at least 1 hour before serving. Alternatively, just refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set.

一个无聊的星期天,突然很想吃cheesecake,于是就做了这很简单就能完成的cheesecake~
但是,有点咸,建议加点蜜糖、柠檬汁。


 Pasta Carbonara
哥哥教的Pasta,他回马国后说:很怀念NZ 的Fresh Cream+ Mushroom + Bacon Pasta,还说自己煮到很好吃!我也很不赖,第一次尝试煮后,与我们住在一起的P生也'第一次'对我的厨艺赞不绝口!

WOW! your bacon & Mushroom carbonara pasta looks very YUMMY and DELICIOUS!!!! I WANT!!! Can you please cook for me when you are back to Msia.
and your hostel looks REALLY CLASSY and CLEAN! must be very comfortable!
